DESCRIPTION

Creatine is one of the most researched ingredients in sports nutrition. It improves physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise, and daily use can enhance the effects of resistance training on muscle strength in adults. Every batch is independently tested by Eurofins using HPLC analysis to confirm the creatine content matches the label.
