DESCRIPTION
Acetyl L-Carnitine benefits energy levels by transporting fatty acids into the mitochondria where they can be burned up and used as fuel.
Although L-carnitine is mostly taken to speed up weight loss and fat burning, other carnitine benefits include enhancing cognitive function, improving mood, preventing muscle damage, improving testosterone levels, regulating blood sugar and increasing endurance.
Supplementing ALCAR will help excrete toxins out of your muscles during exercise. This will lead to less fatigue and better recovery. It will also help channel your energy into the exercise at hand.
For those consuming a low carbohydrate diet, often describe feeling flat and slightly delayed in mental processing. Acetyl L-Carnitine can assist in making one feel more alert and rid 'foggy brain'.
For maximum effect, 3000-5000mg (3-5g) per day of ALCAR is recommended.
DIRECTIONS:
L-Carnitine is best taken first thing in the morning to maximise fat burning throughout the day.
