DESCRIPTION
Acetyl L-Carnitine (ALCAR) plays a role in energy metabolism by transporting fatty acids into the mitochondria where they can be used as fuel.
L-carnitine is popular with people focused on body composition and endurance training, and is commonly used as part of a structured training and nutrition plan.
Many people include ALCAR in their routine to support exercise performance and recovery, helping to channel your energy into the exercise at hand.
People following a low carbohydrate diet often describe feeling flat, and many use Acetyl L-Carnitine as part of their daily routine to help them feel more alert.
For maximum effect, 3000-5000mg (3-5g) per day of ALCAR is recommended.
DIRECTIONS:
L-Carnitine is best taken first thing in the morning.
