How to use it?
ATP Science Creatine Monohydrate should be taken at a consistent time of day every day. Whether it be first thing in the morning or last thing at night, whichever time works for you to be able to consume ATP Science Creatine Monohydrate daily.
Simply mix 1 teaspoon (approximately 5 grams) with at least 250ml of water in a Supplement Solutions Shaker and drink it down, we recommend mixing it in with your protein shake just to make it easier.
