About this product

Add load to walks, runs, bodyweight circuits and HIIT with the LiveUp Sports Weight Jacket. The weight comes from iron sand sealed into a vented neoprene vest that sits close to your body.

Reflective trim helps you stay visible on early-morning or evening sessions outdoors, and a built-in hydration sleeve makes it easy to carry a drink with you.

Available in 5kg and 10kg.

Should I get the 5kg or the 10kg?

The 5kg suits walking, running, circuits and anyone new to training with a vest. The 10kg is better for slower strength work like push-ups, squats, lunges and step-ups, or once you've outgrown the 5kg.

Can I wear it outdoors?

Yes. Reflective trim helps you stay visible in low light, and the hydration sleeve lets you carry a drink on longer sessions.

Is it comfortable to wear?

The vest is made from vented neoprene, which is soft against your body and lets some air through while you train.
