WATER-FILLED

A more natural feel

Water moves inside the bag as you strike it, so it absorbs your punches and kicks differently from a sand or fabric bag.

ADJUSTABLE WEIGHT

Fill to suit your training

Fill to around 30kg for the best feel, up to 40kg. Drain it to 4kg when you need to store or move it.

Recommended fill: 30kg
Max fill: 40kg
1m chain and shackle included

About this product

The LivePro Water Boxing Bag uses water instead of sand or fabric fill. The water moves inside the tough PVC shell when you hit it, giving a more natural, softer feel on impact than a traditional heavy bag.

Fill it with water to around 30kg for the best feel, up to a maximum of 40kg. It weighs just 4kg empty, so you can drain it for easy storage or moving.

It comes with a filling pipe and connector, plus a 1m galvanised chain and stainless steel shackle for hanging. Use it for punching, kicking and dodge drills.

How heavy is it when full?

We recommend filling it to around 30kg (about 30 litres of water) for the best feel. Don't go over the 40kg maximum.

What do I hang it from?

A ceiling hook, wall bracket or bag stand rated for at least the filled weight plus the force of your strikes. The chain and shackle are included, but the mount isn't.

Can I empty it for storage?

Yes. It weighs only 4kg empty, so you can drain it and pack it away or move it easily.

Do I still need gloves?

Yes. Always wear boxing gloves or hand wraps when you hit the bag.
