About this product

The LivePro Sports Mat gives you a comfortable, cushioned base for anything you do on the floor, from core work and stretching to yoga, Pilates and bodyweight circuits.

It's made from 10mm-thick NBR foam that's soft underfoot but holds its shape, with a textured anti-slip surface that grips the floor and keeps you steady.

At 185 x 80cm there's room to stretch out, and at just 1.1kg it's easy to roll up and carry between home, the gym and the studio.

How thick is it?

It's 10mm thick, which gives good cushioning for knees, hips and back during floor work.

Is it good for yoga?

Yes. It works well for yoga, Pilates and stretching. Because it's a thicker, softer mat, you may find it less firm than a thin yoga mat for standing balance poses.

How do I clean it?

Wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soapy water, then let it air dry before rolling it up.
