DESCRIPTION
USN Pure Glutamine is unflavoured, micronised L-glutamine powder. Glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid that is used up quickly during intense physical activity, and is a popular addition to a recovery routine. With no flavour, it mixes easily into water, juice or your protein shake.
- 2,500mg L-glutamine per serve
- Pure free-form amino acid – nothing else added
- Unflavoured and sugar free
- Halaal certified and batch tested
- 300g tub – ±120 serves
Directions
Mix 1 teaspoon (2.5g) with 200–250ml water, juice or a protein drink. Take one serve before training and another within 90 minutes after training. For best results, take a further serve before bed. Drink plenty of fluids. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not suitable for under 18s.
