DESCRIPTION
USN Cramp Block is a sugar-free electrolyte and mineral tablet made for athletes who train and compete hard, especially in long or hot sessions where sweat losses are high.
Each tablet combines sodium bicarbonate, magnesium, calcium and potassium with taurine and vitamin B6. Magnesium and calcium contribute to normal muscle function, and vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
- 30 sugar-free tablets
- Electrolytes: sodium, magnesium, calcium and potassium
- 50mg taurine and 3mg vitamin B6 per tablet
- Easy to use before, during and after events
Directions (adults)
- Before events: take 3 tablets twice daily in the 3 days prior to an event.
- Pre- and during event: take 2 tablets 30 minutes before the start, then 1 tablet per hour of exercise.
- Post event: take 2 tablets 30 minutes after the event, and 2 tablets before bedtime.
- Daily maintenance: take 2–4 tablets before bedtime.
Do not exceed a daily intake of 7 tablets.

If you place an order after 3pm on Thursday, your order would be delivered the following Monday.
