DESCRIPTION
Shilajit is often referred to as the ‘conqueror of mountains'. It is a potent natural substance that has a long traditional use in Ayurvedic medicine.
Originating in the Himalayan mountains, this compound is formed by the decomposition of ancient plant and microbial matter. This results in a rich mineral dense powder that contains more than 84 micronutrients.
The micronutrients in Shilajit are found in combination with fulvic and humic acids. This means Shilajit provides a highly bioavailable nutrient rich food source that has potent health and performance enhancing benefits.
