DIRECTIONS:
Take one scoop (5g) in 400ml water 20 minutes before training. Adjust water to taste. During your workout, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water or performance beverage. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is attributed to beta alanine.
