DIRECTIONS:
Mix (2 tsp) with water, fruit juice, or protein shake intra or post-workout.
Try a loading phase of 20-30g per day for 5-7 days, followed by 5g per day for 6 weeks.
Take 2 weeks off and start the cycle again. Split the daily dose into 5g serves spread over the course of the day.
Drink at least two litres of water each day, particularly during a loading phase.
