Acetyl L-Carnitine is a 100% free form vegan friendly amino acid designed to support mental focus and maximise performance during workouts.
Acetyl L-Carnitine is a pure amino acid commonly used for both it’s fat burning and brain boosting properties. When taken regularly, it’s well known to promote weight loss by transporting fatty acids into the body's cells. This in turn creates fuel to be burned for energy during exercise.
This non-stimulant based amino acid will also boost energy levels without that unwanted crash. For best results take after exercise, or add into your post workout protein shake.
