DESCRIPTION
Optimum ZMA is a combination of zinc monomethionine aspartate, magnesium aspartate and vitamin B6. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels, and magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.

Directions: take 2–3 capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach 30–60 minutes before bed. Men 3 capsules, women 2 capsules per day. Avoid taking with dairy or other calcium-containing foods or supplements.
