Optimum Nutrition Platinum Hydrowhey Protein is Optimum Nutrition's most advanced and purest whrey protein to support muscel growth & repair. It contains a single-source protein composed entirely of hydrolysed whey protein isolate. Isolates are the purest form of whey pritein composed entirely of hydrolysed whey protein isolates. Isolates are the purest form of whey protein with no excess fat or lactose. Hydrolysing the isolates breaks the larger protein down into smaller pieces for quicker absorption. Each shake delivers 30g of pure whey protein and 9.5g of naturally occuring and added BCAAs.
