"If you live your life 'on the go' you probably don't have the most healthy diet over there and even if you try chances are some vitamins might be missing. This helps fill that gap and being specially formulated to be used by men it means the dosage should be close to optimum - no pun intended :) Also I believe theres another one designed for women as well so that's cool PS: might be just me but this also helps to recover from some minor diseases like flu or cold. It doesn't do miracles and will not 'fix' you (you still need to take care of yourself) but it certainly helps me :)"
