"In terms of what it does and provides, it’s exactly as it says on the pack. More importantly, the taste. . . I have both the chocolate and cookies & cream flavors and they taste great. The chocolate has a bit of a sweet aftertaste to it, but as someone who is giving up their sweet tooth to focus on my fitness goals, the sweet flavor satisfies that craving really well. The cookies flavor is right on the mark and a great option if you’re looking for something different but still accessible. I usually mix mine with milk as I like the consistency but whichever way you have it, this is a winner."

"I use it as an after workout shake 1 scoop. . . . . great flavour (cookies and cream) good to get in you strait after a workout. It does bloat you after you take the full amount they are huge scoops 1 metric cup to be exsact and you need 2 to get the required amount."

"Tried out colossal chocolate, flavour is really sweet and took a while to get use to. Before taking this I struggled to gain mass, after finishing it I managed to pack on 5 kgs of muscle (75kgs to 80kgs). It's been 2 months since then, same diet, no loss in muscle mass and still lean."

"Best Mass Gainer I've had to date. I went from struggling to put on weight with other gainers to having added 2-3kg in around 3 weeks. Great flavour (DBL MLK CH) and very little clumps for me using a smart shaker. There is a reason why this is one of the top products on the larger American sites. . . The scoops are large though, I have around 1/3 scoop morning and 1/3 post-workout or evening with ~ a cup of milk."
