About this product

The NZ Muscle Sports Shorts are our go-to casual gym shorts. They're designed to be worn for any workout, from lifting and conditioning to cardio, and they're comfortable enough to keep on for the rest of the day.

Made from 100% polyester, they come in Navy, Black and Grey, in sizes S to XL.

Fabric	100% polyester
Style	Training shorts
Colours	Navy, Black, Grey
Sizes	S, M, L, XL

How do they fit?

Check the Size guide on this page for measurements before you order. If you're between sizes, go with your usual shorts size.

How are they different from the Comfort Shorts?

The Sports Shorts are made from 100% polyester for training. The Comfort Shorts use a thicker cotton and spandex fabric, with a shorter cut and a zip pocket.

How should I wash them?

We recommend a cold gentle wash with similar colours and line drying. Skip the fabric softener to keep the polyester feeling fresh.

Good products

Good quality, comfy, looks good.

Awesome shorts

Second pair. Love the fit and feel of these. They fit like a good pair of tracksuits pants, allowing for unrestricted movement while still being tight on the muscles so you can see your pump. This is what you want for leg days
