NZ Muscle Hydro was formulated to boost performance, hydration and recovery!
A precise, scientific blend of Energy Aminos - 7g Essential Amino Acids, including a combination of BCAAs and EAAs to assist with fuelling muscles during exercise, reducing muscle breakdown and supporting intense workouts!
Hydro also contains hydrating electrolytes and additional performance ingredients to help you refuel, repair, and recover.
Directions;
Mix one scoop (10g) with 300mls of water or more if desired and take both before and after training. For optimal results take an additional serving prior to bed.
