"My experience with your company has been terrible. The first time, I bought creatine from you. When it arrived and I opened it, it didn’t taste like creatine at all — it tasted like salt. It was impossible to drink. I contacted you about it, but I was told that because I had already purchased the product, it was no longer your responsibility and it was my problem. After quite some time, I decided to trust your company again and bought a protein powder. After using it for about three weeks, I noticed a very strong and unpleasant smell coming from the product, as if it had gone bad. I contacted you again and you asked me to send the product back, which I did. You then offered me store credit for the amount I had paid, so I could choose another product from your website. I used the credit to order another protein product, but the quantity I received was very small. I also ordered a carbohydrate gel, and unfortunately, that product was also extremely disappointing. The gel tastes terrible, almost as if it has gone bad. It doesn’t taste like a normal energy gel at all. It tastes more like a very unpleasant orange drink. Overall, my experience with your company and your products has been extremely disappointing. After having problems with multiple products, I have lost confidence in your company. I would not recommend your products to anyone, and I personally would not purchase from you again. This is my honest opinion based on the experiences I have had with your company."
