DESCRIPTION
MusclePharm Wreckage is the Pro Series pre-workout — the heavier end of the MusclePharm range, sitting well above Assault Sport on stimulants and intended for people who already train on a strong pre-workout.
It's a 20-serve tub rather than the usual 30, which reflects the serve size. If you're new to pre-workout, or you're coming off something mild, start on a half serve and see how you handle it before going to a full scoop.

How to take it
Mix one serve with water 20–30 minutes before training. Assess your tolerance with a half serve first. Refer to the label for the exact scoop size and the caffeine content per serve.
Important
High in stimulants. Not suitable for children, pregnant or lactating women, or anyone sensitive to caffeine. Do not exceed one serve in 24 hours, don't take it late in the day, and don't stack it with other stimulant products — including coffee and energy drinks — without accounting for the combined dose. Formulated supplementary sports food; not a sole source of nutrition.
