Casein Protein is known for its slow sustained digesting effect. Slow digesting casein custard makes a perfect breakfast, snack and night protein option. Slow digesting casein protein will make you feel fuller for longer and can provide you adequate amount and sustained release of protein (amino) supply throughout the day / night.
There are no added creamers, gums or fillers. The Muscle Nation Custard Casein Protein is Gluten Free, non-gmo and digests very well (no stomach discomfort).

27G PROTEIN. It contains high levels of protein per serve (27g) with low amounts of carbohydrates and fat, along with added ingredients to support digestive health and promotes a healthy gut.
7G GLUTAMINE. To help boost your immune system, aids in gut health, promotes muscle growth and minimises the breakdown of muscle tissue.
3G FIBRE. Keeps you feeling fuller for longer, promotes gut health (supports healthy bowel movement), helps stabilise blood sugar levels and reduces sugar cravings.
1.6G MCT OIL POWDER. Promotes a healthy gut )helps kill off bad bacteria), aid in better digestion, improves cognitive function and contains antioxidant properties.
CONSUMING ADEQUATE PROTEIN AND BENEFITS WITH MUSCLE SYNTHESIS (REPAIR, GROWTH)
Muscle protein synthesis (MPS) is the body's ability to repair and build muscle tissue after exercise. When you exercise, MPS is initiated and starts the process of muscle repair. Having protein present in your body helps feed MPS, providing the fuel to continue this repair process. Without MPS there is no muscle growth.
MIXING TIPS: To ensure the consistency is to your liking, start by adding 90-100mL of cold water or milk to the mixture while stirring (for 2 scoops - 40g). Then slowly add more water or milk if a thinner consistency is desired. Ensure the powder is mixed through completely before adding more liquid.
TRY IT WARM: Mix the custard as per the above instructions. Then, microwave the custard for 30 seconds for a warm treat!
