Each capsule provides 50mg AlphaWave® L-Theanine, Ashwagandha root extract equivalent to 750mg dry root, 70mg magnesium and 2.5mg zinc. Rest assured, this product is Informed Sport certified—because your recovery should be as serious as your training.
