DESCRIPTION
Musashi 100% Whey + Creatine combines Musashi's whey protein blend (whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate) with added creatine monohydrate, giving you protein and creatine in one convenient shake.
- 24.2g protein per 36g serve
- 3g creatine monohydrate per serve
- 5.46g naturally occurring BCAAs per serve
- Low in sugar (2.4g per serve)
- 25 serves per 900g tub
- Available in Chocolate and Vanilla
Directions: Add 36g (1 heaped scoop) to 200mL of water in a cup or Musashi shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately. Use daily as a convenient protein top-up, 60–90 minutes before exercise, or within 30 minutes after resistance training. Recommended one-day intake: 1 serve.
Not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women. Not a sole source of nutrition; use in conjunction with a nutritious diet and an appropriate physical training or exercise program.
