DESCRIPTION
Melrose Original MCT Oil is 100% medium chain triglycerides from coconut oil – a blend of 60% caprylic acid (C8) and 40% capric acid (C10). MCTs are a readily used source of energy, making it a popular addition to keto, low-carb and active lifestyles.
Neutral in taste, it's easy to add to coffee, smoothies, protein shakes or salad dressings. Each 15ml serve provides 14.7g of fat and 548kJ.
