Stacked with electrolytes, the team at Inspired have fortified their product with Taurine and Raw Coconut Water to further increase cellular hydration, improve electrolyte balance and boost electrolyte content. Inspired Hydrate also includes the addition of Astragin, an ingredient that supports nutrient absorption and helps promote a healthy gut microbiome. Inspired Hydrate will rejuvenate you, giving back all of the important minerals you sweat out when you are working hard.

What are the key ingredients of Inspired Hydrate?
Sodium is an electrolyte that aids in the regulation of water in and around your cells. It serves a general function of supporting daily bodily functions and maintaining blood volume.
Potassium supports the movement of nutrients into your cells and the movement of waste products out of them. It is a crucial mineral for your body to function properly, and supports a healthy heart and muscles.
Taurine is an amino acid that has been shown to assist in maintaining electrolyte balance in the body, whilst also boosting cellular hydration.

Other ingredients in Inspired Hydrate include vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, coconut water powder, pink himalayan salt, astragalus root extract, san qi ginseng root extract, silicon dioxide, artificial sweetener, malic acid, citric acid, flavour and brilliant blue (colour).
