"i bought these 75% off and was super excited. they taste amazing, and they dont give me gas like other bars can. however i noticed they spike my blood sugar, checked the ingredients and noticed the matitol, which is nown to sipke blood sugar level. it is not considered a low carb sweetner because of this. so these are great, but they are not necessarily low carb or keto safe. im a diabetic so if your a diabetic i would nopt reccomend this product. delicious bars, but argh stop using matitol to sweeten!!!! lol"
