DESCRIPTION
Magnesium: your body uses this vital mineral in so many ways, including supporting normal muscle function and helping your body and mind relax. That makes it a popular choice when life is busy, when your muscles feel tight after training, or as part of your evening routine. But Magnesium has a whole host of other roles: bone health, heart health, normal blood sugar metabolism, calcium absorption, and over 300 metabolic reactions.
Each one-a-day capsule provides 400mg of elemental magnesium plus 2mg of zinc.
