ROCTANE Protein Recovery Drink Mix helps athletes rebuild, refuel & rehydrate after demanding activity to make sure they’re ready to hit it hard again the next day. Created to promote recovery, ROCTANE Protein Recovery Drink Mix delivers 20g of high-quality whey protein to initiate muscle tissue repair and rebuilding. Each serving also provides fast-acting carbohydrates to replenish muscle glycogen stores along with sodium, the primary electrolyte lost in sweat, to aid in rehydration. Mix two scoops into 8 ounces of water and shake well. Enjoy within 30 minutes after training or racing.
