DIRECTIONS:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule upon waking, 1 capsule mid-day, and 1 capsule prior to sleep. Use Tribulus for 8-12 weeks before ceasing use for at least 4 weeks. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
