FlapJacked Protein Pancake & Baking Mix

I haven’t had much luck making protein pancakes from scratch so thought the premix would do the trick and fell for the pic on the packet. Unfortunate the results were the same they didn’t rise, burnt easily, tasted weird with a dry consistency and turned to cardboard when cool. Would not buy again, back to the drawing board…

Quick and easy to make. Tastes nice with honey and honey on top

Ok these are a hard SLAY!
All protein pancakes I tried are nasty, these actually look like pancakes & taste similar (never the same, u just gotta accept that)
They’re a little dry, but once u got some lemon & maybe some low sugar syrup on them a these slap.

Absolutely amazing! I made the waffles!! Sensational!!

These were sooooo good! Bought them as a stocking filler for my partner and ate most of them myself!

So Very Very Excellent what a great product!
They rise everytime
you can make them big or small.
Perfect for my diet because I flap out a tiny one , I know exactly how many calories it's the perfect dessert with the smoked maple sugerfree dessert syrup frozen blueberries and a splash of cream does not break anyone's diet so salubrious :yum:

Had trouble getting the mixture right, if gone and mixed a quarter of the packet size of self raising flour to give it a better taste and texture plus a squirt of sugromax :ok_hand:

This mix is awesome. I chuck it straight into the waffle press and they come out perfect every time :relaxed:️

Best ever thing I’ve bought I’m in love

Damm good

I loved them! Excellent quality and super healthy!

So good!

Sooo yum. A little dry but fixed easily by not cooking as much.

We love it and have them all the time - without guilt

I’ve been using this for over a year and find it so filling and nutritious. Tastes amazing. Awesome service from the team at Nz muscle.

Obsessed with this syrup, 10/10 flavour, consistency everything i have gone through it soooo quickly it was that amazing. And pancake mix is good just keep the pan a medium temperature cos they do burn easy. my diet is low carb high fat high protein (no not keto ffs) so I add an egg and half a tablespoon of butter into the mix keeps it moist. Otherwise drenching it in syrup and letting it absorb is absolute perfection with no extra cals. Each serving is about a 20cm in diameter 1cm thick cake.

Perfection and am addicted.

Insane amount of energy and pump, made the mistake of taking around 7:30pm would not recommend if you plan to sleep, definitely a morning training supplement.

Sooo good, I got the chocolate peanut butter flavour as a part of a pancake powder order a while ago and I absolutely love it! And I didn't know how I was going to feel about choc and peanut butter as I don't normally mix them personally but this was delicious and really filling. Only wish you could purchase as singles because I don't trust myself with a try!

Caramel Dip and pancake syrup are both sooo good

Absolutely love these pancakes I first tried buttermilk which were nice and I had just ordered the Apple cinnamon ones and they are super yummy love how fluffy they are and the flavour is almost dessert like
Great with the Waldens maple and walnut syrup and super filling :) :)
Nz Muscle is my go too now love the super quick delivery and also the handwritten note and samples and love the free shipping you guys rock x

By far the best preworkout I have ever taken, in conjunction with taking NO3Drive, it will give you an incredible pump. I saw veins pop out in areas of my legs and arms that I had never seen before! The energy, and focus you get from this preworkout is just, WOW! Also, them thermogenic feels will make your shirt become soaked with sweat, a deodarant and fitness towel should be on hand. TRUST ME!

NZ Muscle is the best! Love ordering from them. Love my supps & all the free goodies and post card with hand written message. Thanks! Great Customer Service and really fast delivery. This product is great and tastes good. Will definitely order heaps more! I have ordered chocolate but would love to try the other flavours too.

I got the flavour tropical storm, it tastes a lot like cherries! Not my favourite flavour but that's more my fault as I picked the wrong one. As a pre workout I find this great! Gives a huge energy hit and leaves you buzzing

I'm a big fan of the Balance Whey Proteins! I got this in Cookies and Cream and it tastes amazing and it's a good consistency! Easy on the stomach too.

Have tried the Buttermilk flavor and have the Banana and Hazelnut on the way. Tried as both pancakes and waffles, preferred pancakes as found the waffles a bit "eggy". Adding Stevia to the mix made a world of difference. Fairly quick, easy and yum way to add some variety to your protein intake :)

Was sent one as a bonus promo for buying the pancake mix. The double chocolate smelt like it was going to be disgusting but OMG - really good! So fast and easy. Didn't over cook it so was still a tiny bit gooey and didn't need to add anything on top. Wish they came in singles!
