DESCRIPTION
Faction Labs Flavoured Creatine Monohydrate is the same micronised creatine monohydrate as the unflavoured tubs, with flavour added so you can drink it on its own in water rather than having to hide it in a shake.
Creatine monohydrate is the most researched sports supplement there is. It helps replenish ATP — the energy your muscles use for short, hard efforts — which is why it is used to support strength, power and training volume in weight training and sprint work. The micronised powder is milled finer than standard creatine so it disperses rather than sinking to the bottom of the glass.
Each 350g tub holds 50 serves at a full 5g of creatine per serve.
- 5g creatine monohydrate per serve
- 50 serves per 350g tub
- Micronised for easier mixing
- Two flavours — Raspberry and Strawberry Mango
- Also available unflavoured in 150g and 500g
How to take it
Mix one serve with water or your drink of choice, once daily. Timing matters less than consistency — take it every day, training or not.
Important
Formulated supplementary sports food. Not a sole source of nutrition — consume alongside a nutritious, varied diet and an appropriate training program. Not suitable for children or pregnant women. Check the label for the full allergen statement.
