DESCRIPTION
Biosphere Magnesium combines three forms of magnesium in one easy-mixing powder for an ideal dose with optimal absorption. Forms that dissolve well in liquid are among the most bioavailable, and each serving provides 400mg of elemental magnesium.
Magnesium Citrate absorbs well and mixes easily with water. Biosphere Nutrition use a natural, marine-based magnesium citrate, one of the best forms for supplementation.
Magnesium Lysinate Glycinate Chelate is magnesium glycinate bound to the amino acid lysine, which keeps the magnesium stable on its way to the gut for absorption. It's made by Albion Minerals®, known for highly bioavailable chelated minerals, and is gentle on the stomach.
DiMagnesium Malate pairs magnesium with malic acid, which plays a role in the body's energy production. Its bonds break easily, making it highly soluble and easily absorbed.

Directions
Mix one scoop (4.7g) with water.
Adults (14+): take one scoop daily.
Children (8–13): take half a scoop daily.
