DESCRIPTION
Chinese Smilax is the plant from which Laxogenin, a plant sterol shown to help improve nitrogen retention as well as increase protein synthesis, is derived. Laxogenin (found in the Chinese Smilax Root) may help increase lean muscle mass, strength, muscle recovery and improve immunity function.
