Prebiotics are a special type of fibre which acts like fertiliser for the ‘good’ bacteria in our gut, encouraging them to thrive, while drowning out the bad bacteria. OraftiÒ Prebiotic is 100% natural and of vegetable origin. It’s extracted from the chicory root by a gentle hot water extraction.
