Power Hour Terms & Conditions

General

1. The Instore Power Hour promotion (“Promotion”) is run by NZ Muscle and runs from 9:00am to 1:00pm NZT on Saturday 26 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
2. The Promotion is valid instore only at participating NZ Muscle retail stores. It is not available online, by phone, or via click & collect orders placed before or after the Promotion Period.
3. All offers are available while stocks last. NZ Muscle reserves the right to limit quantities per customer.
4. NZ Muscle reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
5. These terms are in addition to the NZ Muscle Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

20% Off Storewide

6. 20% off applies to the full retail price of eligible products purchased instore during the Promotion Period.
7. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, or bundle deal, and excludes gift cards and items already on clearance.
8. The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases made outside the Promotion Period, and is not redeemable for cash.

Free Loaded NZM Gym Bag

9. A free loaded NZM gym bag will be given to the first 50 customers at each participating store who spend $50 or more (after discounts) in a single transaction during the Promotion Period.
10. Limit of one gym bag per customer and per transaction. Transactions cannot be split or combined to qualify.
11. Gym bag contents will vary by store and are not as pictured. Contents may include samples, full-size products and/or accessories at NZ Muscle’s discretion.
12. The gym bag has no cash value and is not exchangeable or transferable. If a qualifying purchase is refunded, the gym bag must be returned with the refunded items.

Win a Supp Stack

13. To enter, make any purchase instore at a participating NZ Muscle store during the Promotion Period using your NZ Muscle customer account at the time of purchase. Purchases not linked to a customer account at the time of the transaction are not eligible and cannot be added afterwards. One entry per transaction.
14. One winner will be drawn at random at each participating store after the Promotion Period closes, and will be contacted on Monday 28 September 2026 using the contact details on their NZ Muscle customer account.
15. Each prize is a supplement stack as determined by NZ Muscle. The prize pictured is indicative only and products, flavours and sizes may vary.
16. Winners must collect their prize from the store they entered at within 14 days of being notified. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not collect the prize within this time, NZ Muscle may redraw.
17. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. NZ Muscle staff and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
18. Entrants must be 16 years or older. Some products, including high-stimulant pre-workouts, may not be suitable for all people and are recommended for adults only.
19. By entering, you agree that NZ Muscle may contact you about the draw and may publish the winner’s first name and store location. Personal information will be handled in line with the Privacy Act 2020 and the NZ Muscle privacy policy.

Instore Sampling

20. Sampling is available while stocks last, and the products available for sampling may vary by store.
21. Samples of stimulant-containing products (such as pre-workouts and fat burners) are only available to customers aged 18 or over. Sampling is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding, or has a medical condition. Please read labels and ask staff if you have any questions about ingredients or allergens.
