Strawberry & White Choc Cheesecake Breakfast Jars

The ultimate high protein breakfast made with NZ Muscle Raspberry White Choc Protein!

Oats:

  • 50g Oats
  • 25g NZ Muscle Raspberry White Choc Protein
  • 5g Chia Seeds
  • 200ml Milk

Combine and leave in the fridge overnight

Protein Cream Topping:

  • 20g NZ Muscle Raspberry White Choc Protein
  • 15g Yoghurt

Mix together with a splash of milk to desired consistency

Crumble a jam biscuit for the base and then layer the oats and protein cream with fresh strawberries
