Fudgy Protein Brownie Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 cups NZ Muscle whey protein powder (chocolate)
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Steps

1. Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a small baking dish or line with baking paper.
2. Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together 1 cups NZ Muscle whey protein powder (chocolate), 1/2 cup cocoa powder, and 1 teaspoon baking powder.
3. Mix wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk 2 large eggs, 1 ripe banana, mashed1/2 cup Greek yoghurt, 1/3 cups milk, and 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup until smooth.
4. Combine: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined and no lumps remain.
5. Add chocolate chips: Fold in 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, then pour the batter into the prepared dish.
6. Bake: Bake until the top is set but the centre is still soft and fudgy.
7. Cool and serve: Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.


Notes
Serve warm with a scoop of Greek yoghurt or a drizzle of melted peanut butter. Keeps in the fridge for 3-4 days; microwave a slice for 15 seconds to bring back the fudgy texture.
