DESCRIPTION
Everything To Get Started
The three things you actually need on day one: NZ Muscle Premium Whey Protein 1kg, NZ Muscle Creatine Monohydrate 200g, and a 600ml NZ Muscle shaker to mix them in.
Whey for daily protein and recovery. Creatine monohydrate at 5g a day — the most researched supplement in strength training, no loading or cycling required. And a shaker so you're not improvising with a water bottle.
Bundled together below the cost of buying the three separately.
