What You’ll Need:

600ml of water

Shaker bottle to mix the protein water

Ice tray or ice block mold
How to Make Them:

Put 1-2 scoops of protein water powder into a shaker.

Add 600ml of water and shake well to mix.

Pour the mixture into an ice tray or ice block mold.

Let it freeze completely (about 4-6 hours or overnight).

Creamy Protein Ice Cream – Made with NZ Muscle Whey Protein
If you’re after something richer and creamier, this high-protein ice cream recipe is for you! Using a Ninja CREAMi, you can create a thick, smooth, and delicious protein-packed treat.
What You’ll Need:

300 ml milk (dairy or non-dairy)

1 tbsp Greek yogurt (for extra creaminess)

How to Make It:
