  2. Add 600ml of water and shake well to mix.

  3. Pour the mixture into an ice tray or ice block mold.

  4. Let it freeze completely (about 4-6 hours or overnight).

  5. Enjoy a refreshing, hydrating, and protein-packed ice pop on a hot day!

Creamy Protein Ice Cream – Made with NZ Muscle Whey Protein

If you’re after something richer and creamier, this high-protein ice cream recipe is for you! Using a Ninja CREAMi, you can create a thick, smooth, and delicious protein-packed treat.

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 scoop NZ Muscle Whey Protein (any flavor) - https://nzmuscle.co.nz/nz-muscle-whey-protein

  • 300 ml milk (dairy or non-dairy)

  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt (for extra creaminess)

  • Sweetener (optional, to taste)

  • Ninja CREAMi machine

How to Make It:

  1. Blend the protein powder, milk, Greek yogurt, and sweetener until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a Ninja CREAMi pint and freeze overnight.
