Powers the sliding bench
One bench, five stations
The patent-pending Sliding Bench combines five stations in one — leg press, hack squat, leg curl, leg extension and preacher curl — all cable-connected directly to the dual integrated weight stacks.
Run through the lower centre cable system it delivers up to 272kg (600lb) of resistance. No weight plates required.
The portable design stores upright against the wall, so you replace five dedicated machines without giving up any more floor space.
True 3x3 inch, 11-gauge uprights
The professional standard
The C20 is built on 11-gauge, true 3x3 inch uprights with 25mm holes at 51mm spacing, giving you open-source compatibility with the wider 3x3 ecosystem and third-party attachments.
Professional-standard rack widths — 124.5cm exterior and 109.2cm interior — with room to rerack comfortably and proper J-hook and spotter arm spacing.
Interior working depth supports a full range of incline and decline bench positions, low rows and the vertical lat pulldown.
The frame keeps continuous contact with the floor rather than sitting on pedestal feet, and self-adjusts to slightly uneven surfaces, which kills the wobble pedestal designs are prone to.
Freestyle pulley arms
Lock it down, or let it move
Hours of field testing produced arms at the right length — enough reach for real versatility without getting in the way.
Lock Mode fixes each arm in position for a rock-solid, zero-drift setup. Built for hypertrophy and heavy strength work where stability is non-negotiable, and for a consistent, predictable path of travel on rows, presses and lat pulldowns.
Flow Mode releases the arms so they track your body in real time through 180 degrees. Built for functional, explosive and rotational work, it removes the joint-drag of a fixed pulley so the resistance stays on the muscle.
Six pulley connections
Every angle, without reconfiguring
Dual freestyle pulley arms plus a high and a low centre cable station give you six connections, so you can train every angle and every movement pattern without rebuilding the machine between exercises.
Bottom centre cables run 1:1 — 90kg loaded is 90kg at the handle — or connect them together to double the weight.
Top centre cables and the freestyle arms run 2:1, so 90kg loaded is 45kg at the handle.
Centre-connected cables deliver up to 272kg (600lb) of cable resistance.
Single-track Smith machine
Train heavy. Train safe.
Single Track architecture combines the guide rod, linear bearings and safety lock into one column wrapped in 5-gauge steel. That is where the stability and structural integrity come from.
The lowest starting position in the industry, so you get a full deadlift range of motion.
Professional-standard knurling, precision grip lines and spinning sleeves give it the feel of a true barbell.
16kg (35lb) integrated bar weight.
Upgradeable weight stacks
Up to 272kg of cable resistance
The C20 starts with dual 90.7kg (200lb) stacks and upgrades to 113kg (250lb) or 136kg (300lb) per side.
Run both 136kg stacks through the 1:1 ratio system and you have 272kg (600lb) of resistance — the most available in the category today.
A built-in 2.3kg (5lb) micro-adjustment plate lets you add weight in smaller increments, so you are always making progress.
Over 20 attachments included
All pro-grade, all in the box
Over 20 pro-grade attachments come with the C20 — where most of the competition charges you per attachment.
Aluminium cable attachments for quicker pin changes, a lighter grip and corrosion-proof durability.
High-grade steel power rack attachments for strength and versatility.
Quick-Lock J-cups and spotter arms snap into place without pins or hardware, sit flush against the uprights and hold position no matter how hard you lift.
UHMW inserts on the J-cups and spotter arms preserve the barbell's knurling.
Integrated storage
Everything has a home
A 47-slot pegboard, recessed accessory shelf, 8 Olympic plate horns and a UHMW-protected barbell holder are built into the frame, with 12 pegboard pegs included.
25mm holes across the entire frame let you position storage anywhere on the uprights.
The magnetic landmine parks flush against the frame when it is not in use, out of the way and ready when you need it.
Magnetic barbell safeties cling anywhere on the rack with no pins — park them between sets and pull them exactly where you need them in seconds.

Not included: weight plates, dumbbells, a bench or a separate Olympic barbell. The sliding bench is a separate purchase. Photos on this page show the C20 set up with plates, a bench and accessories that are sold separately.
What ceiling height do I need?
The C20 stands 223.5cm tall, and Force USA specify a minimum ceiling height of 246cm (97 inches) to do a full pull-up with your head clearing the bar. A standard NZ ceiling is 240cm, so the machine fits but pull-ups will be tight. Measure before you order, and remember it has to be assembled in its final position. If you are adding the sliding bench, allow 325cm of depth rather than 167.6cm.
How is it delivered, and what does freight cost?
The C20 ships at 645kg on a pallet by truck freight rather than courier, so it is not covered by our free shipping over $70. Freight is calculated on weight and delivery address and shown at checkout before you pay. Allow 1 to 2 weeks, and longer again for rural addresses. Delivery is kerbside, so please arrange help to move and position it.
Do I have to assemble it myself?
Yes, assembly is not included. Owners report anywhere from 8 hours to three half-days, and most recommend a second set of hands. Several also note the printed manual is hard to follow and that watching the assembly video first saves a lot of time. Build it in its final position, because it is not practical to move once assembled.
Can I add more weight later?
The C20 comes with 90.7kg (200lb) stacks, upgradeable to 113kg (250lb) or 136kg (300lb). If you think you will want the extra weight, order the upgrade at the same time as the machine. Owners consistently say fitting additional stacks after it is built is far more work than doing it all in one go.
Does it need to be bolted to the floor?
No. At 585kg net the C20 is stable freestanding and does not need bolting down. It does need a level floor and enough clearance around it to swing the functional trainer arms through their full range.
What is not included?
The C20 comes with dual integrated weight stacks, over 20 pro-grade attachments and an integrated 16kg Smith machine bar. The Sliding Bench is not included — it is a separate purchase, even though the feature videos show it working with the machine. Loose weight plates, dumbbells and a separate Olympic barbell are also sold separately. If you are adding the Sliding Bench, allow 325cm of depth rather than 167.6cm.

Just what I needed for my home gym
It is definitely a commitment to put together, about three half-days for me, but well worth the effort. I love all the options for cable and functional training, and I am getting a ton of use out of the Smith machine. The rack is very sturdy and does not move at all during use. If you are thinking about extra weight stacks, buy them with the rack so you can install them all together.

C20 has been amazing
I have only been using this machine for a month but it has been great. I needed an all-in-one trainer that was versatile. The Smith machine has been a real upgrade for me as well. I can now do more than I ever could compared to using just free weights.

Beast of an all-in-one
I decided to free up some space in my garage and buy an all-in-one. So many different choices, and I spent days watching reviews. Finally I decided the C20 was for me. This thing is built like a tank. It is so easy to get a workout in now, any time of day or night, without having to wait or get in the car. It was almost impossible to get my son to go to the gym with me, but now he is excited for the workout plan I have for him.

Best all-in-one on the market
Bringing the gym to the garage was a game changer. This all-in-one is the best on the market, so glad I pulled the trigger on getting this one. Spent a lot of time researching.

Amazing all-in-one trainer
The C20 is a beast. I have had this machine for three months now and have zero regrets. Worth every penny.

Money well spent
I am so glad I bought this. My daughters are using it, I am using it. The machine is well built and it is beautiful. It was fun putting it together. I have wanted an all-in-one machine from Force USA for a long time and I am glad I finally got one.

Top shelf
Extremely well thought out, smooth, and has more than everything you need in a home gym.

I like it for the convenience of working out. It takes up less space than other all-in-one trainers and it makes my workouts go faster.

Mostly happy with it
This machine is a significant investment and before you purchase, be aware of a few things. The powder coating is brittle. Some of it was chipped in shipping, and the paint will also wear during normal use. The sliders on the cable arms wear on the edges. The Smith machine bar ends are smooth powder coat, and even smooth bumper plates will mark that finish. You do get a good variety of attachments included and they are high quality, but basic. I am happy with the functionality of the cables and the Smith machine.

C20 review
Excellent all-in-one trainer. Took about 8 hours to assemble by myself and was pretty straightforward. Everything lined up very nicely, and the machining and finishing were excellent. I added the swivel lat pulldown seat, which is a must for that movement. Overall a great piece of kit for your home gym.

We love our new gym
We love our new gym. We have not been back to the commercial gym since I put it together. The convenience of commercial quality equipment a few feet away from your bedroom eliminates excuses. I bought it for my high school athlete but end up training neighbours who walk by the garage to see what all the fuss is about.

Pretty good with some notable misses
The directions included with it are poor, badly drawn and sometimes contradictory. There is a video online that details the build, and without it I would still be building three weeks later. The sliding bench instructions are worse and the pieces are not labelled. The C20 itself is okay. Setting up the sliding bench to do legs takes more time than the workout, and there are three different sets of cables you have to use. The rest of the machine is what you would expect from a good cable machine.
