Sliding Bench
Five machines in one bench
The patent-pending Sliding Bench combines leg press, hack squat, leg curl, leg extension and preacher curl in a single attachment — all cable-connected straight to the dual integrated weight stacks.
Run through the lower centre cable system it delivers up to 272kg (600lb) of resistance. No weight plates required.
It stores upright against the wall, so you replace five dedicated machines without giving up any more floor space.
Sleek, strong, compact
Packed into a small footprint
Strong, stable and engineered to perform — lighter and sleeker than the machine it replaces, on a smaller footprint. Built on square 11-gauge steel uprights, with an open ecosystem that takes third-party attachments.
Uprights carry laser-cut 16mm holes at 51mm spacing on all four sides, so you can configure the six-post system however you train.
Professional-standard 112cm interior working space with a 122cm exterior width — the right width for bench, squat and deadlift.
The base frame sits completely flush with the floor rather than on pedestal feet, and self-adjusts to slightly uneven surfaces, which kills the wobble pedestal designs are prone to.
Freestyle Pulley Arms
Lock it down, or let it move
Field testing landed on the right arm length — long enough for real range, short enough to stay out of your way. Two modes cover both halves of your training.
Lock Mode engages the pop-pin and fixes each arm in position. Zero drift, a consistent path of travel, and the stability you want for heavy rows, presses and pulldowns.
Flow Mode releases the pin and lets the arms track your body through 180° of freedom — built for rotational and explosive work. The arm follows your path, so resistance stays on the muscle instead of fighting your joints.
Six pulley connections
Every angle, without reconfiguring
Dual Freestyle Pulley Arms plus high and low centre cable stations give you six pulley connections — so you can train every angle and every movement pattern without rerouting a single cable.
Three cable ratios: bottom centre 1:1 (or dual-connected to double the load), top centre 2:1, Freestyle Pulley Arms 2:1.
Centre-connected cables deliver up to 227kg (500lb) of cable resistance.
Single-column Smith machine
Train heavy. Train safe.
An industry-leading low starting position means you get a full deadlift range of motion off the Smith — not a half rep off blocks.
Single-column architecture wraps the guide rod in 5-gauge steel for stability and structural integrity.
Professional-standard knurling and ring marks on the bar, so your hands land in the same place every set.
Spinning sleeves give it a true barbell feel rather than a fixed-bar feel.
Smooth bearings, natural travel.
16kg (35lb) integrated bar weight.
Upgradeable weight stacks
Up to 227kg of cable resistance
The C10 starts with dual 91kg (200lb) stacks and upgrades to 113kg (250lb) per side when you outgrow them.
Maximum 227kg (500lb) resistance with both 113kg stacks connected through the 1:1 ratio system.
A built-in 2.3kg (5lb) micro-adjustment plate lets you add load in smaller steps, so you keep progressing past the point where a full plate is too big a jump.
Fully integrated stacks — no pins to hunt for, no plates to load.
18 attachments included
All pro-grade, all in the box
Eighteen attachments come with the machine — everything an elite home gym needs, where most of the competition charges per attachment.
Aluminium cable attachments: quicker pin changes, lighter in the hand, and corrosion-proof.
High-grade steel power rack attachments for strength and versatility.
Pin-Lock J-cups snap into place and sit flush against the uprights, holding position no matter how hard you lift.
Spotter arms lock in with a pin for confident heavy work.
Both J-cups and spotter arms use UHMW inserts that protect the barbell's knurling.
Integrated storage
Everything has a home
Every attachment and accessory stores on the machine, so you change exercises quickly and your gym floor stays clear.
A recessed accessory shelf, 8 Olympic plate horns, 12 pegboard pegs and a UHMW-protected barbell holder, all built into the frame.
16mm holes across the whole frame mean you can position storage anywhere on the uprights.
The magnetic landmine parks flush against the frame when you're not using it.
Magnetic barbell collars cling anywhere on the rack — no pins, and always within reach.

Delivery & assembly: bulky freight item — delivered kerbside. Assembly is not included; allow a full day and a second set of hands.
Bulky item — freight delivery
This item is too large for standard courier and ships by truck freight. Delivery is charged separately and is not covered by our free shipping over $70.
Freight quoted at checkoutCalculated on weight and delivery location, shown before you pay.
1–2 weeks by truckLonger than our standard courier times. Rural addresses take longer again.
Kerbside deliveryDelivered to your address at ground level. Please arrange help to move and position it.
Booked manuallyTracking numbers aren't always available — contact us with your order number for an update.
Not included: weight plates, dumbbells, a bench or a separate Olympic barbell. The sliding bench is a separate purchase. Photos on this page show the C10 set up with plates, a bench and accessories that are sold separately. The Smith machine bar is part of the frame and is included.
What ceiling height do I need?
The C10 stands 222cm tall, and Force USA specify a minimum ceiling height of 246cm (97 inches) to do a full pull-up with your head above the bar. A standard NZ ceiling is 240cm, so the machine fits comfortably but a full pull-up will be tight. Measure before you order, and remember it has to be assembled in its final position.
How is it delivered, and what does freight cost?
This is a bulky item, so it ships by truck freight rather than courier and isn't covered by our free shipping over $70. Freight is calculated on weight and delivery address and shown at checkout before you pay. Allow 1–2 weeks, and longer again for rural addresses. Delivery is kerbside — please arrange help to move and position it.
Do I have to assemble it myself?
Yes — assembly isn't included. Allow a full day and a second set of hands; some of the sections are heavy and awkward to lift alone. Assemble it in its final position, because it is not practical to move once built.
What is not included?
The C10 comes with dual integrated weight stacks, 18 pro-grade attachments and an integrated 16kg Smith machine bar. The Sliding Bench is not included — it is a separate purchase, even though the feature videos show it working with the machine. Loose weight plates, dumbbells and a separate Olympic barbell are also sold separately.

Exceeding our expectations
My wife and I recently decided to upgrade our home gym setup, and after countless hours of YouTube videos and online reviews we knew we wanted an all-in-one type system. We are both 60 and will never out-workout this machine. We have had the C10 V2 for several weeks now and it has been amazing.

Perfect
When it comes to a personal home gym, this is it. I think everyone goes through that initial brain freeze, because you can't believe it's actually here. But as other reviews have said, have patience, and once you remember where everything is you're golden.

Very happy with the machine
My husband was able to set up the machine within a day. It definitely takes someone with patience to put it together. We have recommended it to our friends.

Better than a gym
The best all-in-one trainer on the market for cost-to-value after extended research.

Eight stations, one corner
I've owned racks, functional trainers and cable machines from four different brands over the years. The C10 is the first time I haven't felt like I was compromising somewhere. Power rack, Smith machine, lat pulldown, low row, landmine — all in one footprint. The 200° swivel trolleys are smooth in a way that cheap cable machines just aren't.

A corner gym is a real thing now
I rent an apartment with a spare room I was barely using. The C10 turned it into a legitimate training space without taking over the room. I can still walk around it, use a mat in front of it, and have a TV on the wall. The corner footprint is not an exaggeration — it genuinely hugs the corner and leaves the rest of the room open.

I hemmed and hawed. I was wrong to.
Spent three months comparing this to cheaper alternatives. Watched every review, read every forum thread. Eventually bought the C10 and immediately felt like an idiot for waiting. The build quality alone justifies the price — this isn't equipment that's going to need replacing in five years. It's been almost a year and it still feels tight, smooth and solid.

Works for my space, but measure twice before buying
The C10 itself is great — smooth cables, solid rack, and the Smith machine is better than I expected. The three stars is an honest reflection of my experience, not the machine's quality. I didn't measure my ceiling height carefully enough and had to reposition the whole thing to make overhead pressing work. Totally my fault, but worth flagging for anyone in a space with lower ceilings.

Amazing machine
I preferred the C10 for the size of the footprint with all the capabilities of the others. The machine is solid construction with smooth operation of cables and Smith bar. Assembly took me about 10 hours with only one or two issues with the instruction manual. Cable routing is difficult to follow, so use the online video.

Good machine, took a while to feel at home on it
Solid build and we use it every day. The reason it's four stars and not five is the learning curve — there are so many attachments and cable configurations that my wife and I spent the first few weeks just figuring it out. Once we did, it clicked. Plan for a month of trial and error before you really hit your stride.

Everything I need
This is a great unit with everything I need and more. Solid and very capable setup. Offers me many options and the ability to change up my workout. Fits nicely into my space. I assembled it myself — took me a bit but got there in the end.

C10 review
The C10 is exactly what I have been looking for. I had shopped several brands before deciding on it. It is extremely well constructed and top quality functionally. The sliding bench with the centre pulley system is what really sets the C10 apart from the competition. It came with just about every accessory I could want.

Excellent all-in-one trainer
The C10 was a little challenging to assemble, but the unit is excellent for our needs. We really like the Smith bar and the flexibility they have built into the various pulley systems. Very happy with our purchase.

So happy
This is an amazing piece of gym equipment. I looked at others but kept coming back to Force and I am glad I did. Putting it together was not easy with the manual, but there is a video that helps a lot.

C10 with sliding bench
Absolutely fantastic machine, couldn't be happier. Started a home gym a few years ago and would have saved a ton if this was available then. Better late than never — very impressive product.
