Description ▾

NZ Muscle Isolate Protein is a lean, fast-digesting protein shake made with New Zealand whey protein isolate. It's filtered to remove most of the carbs, fat and lactose, so you get more protein in every scoop.

Every 32g serve gives you 27g or more of protein, depending on flavour. Vanilla Ice Cream has 28.2g of protein with just 1g of carbs, 0.3g of sugar and 0.3g of fat. That makes it a great fit if you're cutting, counting macros or find regular whey heavy on the stomach.

What's the difference between Isolate and regular Whey?▾

Isolate goes through extra filtering, so you get more protein per scoop (27g or more per 32g serve, depending on flavour) with less carbs, fat and lactose. Regular whey is a little creamier and cheaper per serve. If you're cutting, counting macros or find regular whey heavy on the stomach, Isolate is the one.

Can I have it if I'm lactose intolerant?▾

Isolate has most of the lactose filtered out, so many people with a mild lactose sensitivity find it easier to digest than regular whey. It's still made from milk and isn't lactose-free, so it's not suitable if you have a milk allergy.

How and when should I take it?▾
