Thermogenic Complex
125mg Caffeine Anhydrous, 2.5mg Bioperine, 500mg Acetyl L-Carnitine, 500mg L-Carnitine L-Tartrate and 500mg Taurine.

Metabolic Blend
250mg Vitamin C, 100mg Magnesium Citrate, 100mg Vitamin B1, 500IU Vitamin D3 and 7.5mg Zinc.

Neuro Focus Matrix
375mg L-Tyrosine, 100mg Alpha GPC and 100mg L-Theanine.

Thyroid Support
250mg Olive Leaf Extract, 250mg Coleus Forskohlii, 500mg Glycine and 200mg Ashwagandha.

Flavours

Directions
Mix one scoop (5g) with 250ml of water and drink about 15 minutes before training. Up to 2 scoops a day.
