About this product

NZ Muscle Knee Wraps give your knees extra support on every variation of squat and Olympic lift. Wrapped firmly around the knee, they add compression, warmth and stability when you're working with heavy loads.

They're also a solid choice for strongman, where you're picking up and carrying awkward, heavy implements. Each wrap is 190–200cm long and 8cm wide, and a Velcro closure holds the end in place once you've wrapped up.

Sold as a pair.

Length	190–200cm (6.5ft)

2 x NZ Muscle Knee Wraps (one pair)

How do I put knee wraps on?

Start just below the knee, then wrap upward in a spiral, overlapping each layer, until you're just above the knee. Pull it firm but not so tight that it pinches, and secure the end with the Velcro.

Are they sold as a pair?

Yes, you get two wraps, one for each knee.

How long are they?

Each wrap is 190–200cm long and 8cm wide, which gives you enough length for several firm turns around the knee.

When should I use them?

Most lifters save knee wraps for heavy working sets and top sets, and train without them on lighter warm-up sets.

great knee support, can now lift confidently without damaging the knees

Knee Wraps

Have used them on most of my training session and just gives me the added sureness that my knee will not give out. Great product

Safety first

Excellent, secure my knees so I can lift with confidence.

Product not that good.

Need to have better stitching on the Velcro part or change the design I used it first time and the Velcro part came off. Overall a good idea but execution not so good.

It’s a wrap!

Quality knee wraps, great for going heavy and BFR. Aesthetically pleasing too, good work NZM!

Amazing product

Magnificent

Purchased pineapple flavour, tried it at the fitness expo so knew it tasted super good prior to ordering. Mixes super easy, no lumps or chucks. Highly reccomend this to anyone looking for a decent glutamine

Impressive

Purchased Blue razz, great taste with equally good kick of energy, focus and stanima. Mixes really well, husband likes to stack with no3 drive for a really good pump. We will definitley buy again.

Wonderful

Very surprised - this pancake mix was actually nice! Fluffy and sugar free. Tasted nicer than conventional sugar loaded, protein free mixes. Didn't taste like chalk (which is what I expected! Looking forward to eating again.

Wonderful

Beautiful knee wrap great value for money, very high quality was utterly impressed squats have gone up more than 50% in weight in just one session recommended to all who wishes to squat heavy!!
