About this product

The NZ Muscle Eco Leather Weight Belt is a heavy-duty suede leather belt with a 10cm-high back, giving you a firm, non-slip surface to brace against during heavy lifts. The traditional shape follows the natural curve of your back and helps you hold a solid position through each rep.

Extra-thick memory foam adds comfort and warmth, and the double-prong stainless steel roller buckle makes it quick to fit and adjust between sets.

To find your size, measure around your abdomen in a relaxed position, between your ribs and hips, in line with your belly button. Don't go by your pant size, as the belt sits higher on your midsection.

What size should I get?

Measure around your abdomen in a relaxed position, between your ribs and hips, in line with your belly button. Then match it to the sizes: Small 88cm (waist approx. 26–30), Medium 96cm (30–34), Large 105cm (34–38) and XL 112cm (above 38). Don't use your pant size.

How does the buckle work?

It's a double-prong stainless steel roller buckle. Feed the belt through, pull it snug and set both prongs in the holes for a secure fit.

Should I choose the 10cm or 15cm?

The 10cm is a lower-profile belt that suits a wide range of lifts. The 15cm has a taller back for more coverage. Both use the same sizing.

When should I wear it?

Most lifters wear a belt for heavy sets of squats, deadlifts and presses, and train lighter sets without one.
