BUILT TO PERFORM

HIP THRUSTS

Takes the pressure off your hips

Clip it onto the bar before hip thrusts and glute bridges so the bar rests on foam instead of directly on your hips.

SQUATS

Doubles as a squat pad

Use the same pad across your upper back for squats if you'd like some cushioning between you and the bar.

About this product

The NZ Muscle Bar Pad (also known as the Booty Builder) clips easily onto a gym bar and cushions the bar against your body, so hip thrusts and glute bridges are more comfortable on your hips.

It also doubles as a shoulder pad for squats if you'd like some padding between your upper back and the bar.

Made from 100% foam, in black.

Material	100% foam
Fitting	Clips onto the bar
Use for	Hip thrusts, glute bridges and squats

1 x NZ Muscle Bar Pad in black

How do I put it on the bar?

It clips straight onto the bar. Centre it on the bar and check it's sitting securely before you load the plates.

Can I use it for squats?

Yes. As well as hip thrusts and glute bridges, it doubles as a shoulder pad for squats if you'd like some cushioning across your upper back.

Is it the same as the Booty Builder?

Yes. The NZ Muscle Bar Pad was previously sold as the Booty Builder. It's the same foam pad that clips onto the bar.

How do I clean it?

We recommend wiping it down with a damp cloth after use and letting it air dry.

This makes it so the bar doesn't bruise :) very comfortable, thankyou

Such a good booty pad!

I purchased this as I was finding the pads at the gym were thin and my pelvis area/hips were getting sore and bruised. This booty pad has been great and taken away that soreness so I can concentrate of my thrust movements!

Must have for barbell hip thrusts!

I’ve been using the barbell pads at the gym for a while but I was unable to lift heavy because it would hurt my hip bones but with this barbell bad it’s super comfortable and well padded.

Great deal

I can load more weights with this pads without feeling the bar digging in. Absolutely worth the price:grinning:

Perfect fit and love the color too!

It fits me and my partner well. No more painful squats and thrusts :blue_heart:

Squat pad

Really good for squats! However when I do heavy (120kg -) I still feel the weight on my hip bones and hip flexes! Otherwise great product.

Worth the money

This is good. Hold well

Perfect!

Exactly as described and great value for money! A+++

LOVE MY Booty Builder pad

Absolutely love this, has made such a difference in my training sessions and my hips no longer hurt from the bar digging in doing Hip thrusters

Awesome

This is good to help with hip thrusts so its not sore and helps keep it in place and not roll

Nz muscle never fails to deliver great service great prices quick delivery and great product

Great product

Nicely padded and does the job

Booty Builder Pad

Great postage- received very quickly. Comfy to use and has made a difference!

Happy buyer

I’ve found it very useful so far. I’ve used it on a 25kg bar and still comfortable on my hips and have lifted 35ks on my shoulders and it’s been comfortable also

Only criticism is it could of had a tighter fit on the bar, but it doesn’t effect use at all also in saying that it’s not an expensive product and it was delivered overnight so very good value for money!

Best

Made my life so much better at the gym using the booty builder pad:blush: the pad is thick and doesnt leave the bar mark on your thighs :+1: love it thank you guys. Enjoy shopping with you guys on line :raised_hands::raised_hands: lessshgo nz muscle :muscle:

Love it!

I’ve had bruising in the past from other barbell pads (the ones the gyms usually supplies) but this ones super comfortable and completely cushions the weight of the bar + added weight so there’s no bruising!

Must for booty day!

Love this foam pad for hip thrusts. It fits any bar, is made of high density foam and redistributes weight very nicely making heavy thrusts seem lighter. 100% recommend!!!! Worth every cent
