DESCRIPTION
Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body, comprising more than 60% of the free amino acid pool in skeletal muscle and greater than 20% of total circulating amino acids.
Because L-Glutamine may support muscle recovery from exercise, each serving of Optimum Nutrition's Glutamine Powder provides 5 grams of pure L-Glutamine, and because it's unflavoured, you can mix it right into your post-workout protein shake.
Beyond The Basics:
- Made with Pure L-Glutamine
- Unflavoured Versatility
- Add to Protein & MRP Shakes
- Mixes Easily with a Spoon
- Supports Muscle Recovery Efforts
Directions:
Mix one heaping teaspoon (5.15g) of Glutamine Powder with 230-240ml of water, milk or your favourite beverage. TIP: Power-up protein, meal-replacement, and weight-gainer shakes with a teaspoon of Glutamine Powder.
