DESCRIPTION
USN Creatine HCl is a capsule-based creatine supplement using creatine hydrochloride, a highly water-soluble form of creatine. Each 5-capsule dosage provides 3,824mg creatine HCl, delivering 3,000mg of creatine.
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise when taken at 3g or more per day. The formula also includes 100mg alpha-lipoic acid and 5mg BioPerine® black pepper extract.

Directions (adults)
Take 5 capsules with a glass of water before training. On non-training days, take 5 capsules on an empty stomach before breakfast. Drink at least 2–3 litres of water per day while using this product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
