DIRECTIONS:
Add 3 heaped dessert spoons of Shotgun Whey to 150 - 200 mls of milk or water. Shake, blend or stir.
Add a banana, frozen berries or yoghurt if desired for post workout nutrition.
Drink 1 hour before training, and another shake immediately post training for optimum muscle growth and recovery.
