-
Low Calorie: Just 20 calories and 1g of carbohydrate per scoop, with no artificial dyes.
-
Added Coconut Water Powder: Sourced with natural coconut water concentrate to enhance hydration and natural taste.
-
Daily Versatility: Perfect for intra-workout sipping, post-exercise recovery, endurance outdoor training, or daily summer hydration.
How It Works
When you sweat, your body loses critical minerals that are vital for maintaining cellular fluid balance and muscle function. Plain water alone often isn't enough to replace these essential ions during prolonged physical activity. Rule 1 Lytes supplies sodium, potassium, and magnesium to help replace what you lose in sweat.
By supporting your body’s fluid and mineral levels, Rule 1 Lytes helps you avoid the performance drop-offs associated with dehydration, such as fatigue and decreased endurance. Its ultra-clean profile makes it an effortless addition to any nutrition regimen.
